Terms of service
By paying for the purchase, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
(A) GENERAL TERMS
- The Company reserves the right to update these Term and Conditions at any point in time, without giving prior notice to the Customer.
(B) LIABILITY
- The Company, Falcon Mobility Pte. Ltd. or The Brand, ELFIGO will not be held liable for any damage done to any property or injury to the Customer or other persons due to accident, misuse or malfunction of the Product.
(C) REFUNDS
- Refund and Returns are not accepted due to change of mind.
