FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

A: Our products are shipped from our headquarters in Singapore.

Q: How much are taxes and shipping?

A: For taxes and shipping costs, please add the item to cart and checkout. They will be displayed after entering the shipping address, but before you enter payment details.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping takes about 7 - 14 days, subject to customs clearance. To minimise customs delays, Know Your Customer (KYC) documents need to be provided. We cannot ship the product until your KYC documents are provided. Listed below are the documents required.

For Individuals: Consignee's KYC Documents such as: Passport, Voter ID, Driver's License, Permanent Account Number (PAN).

For Companies: Company's Import and Export Certificate (IEC), KYC and POA.

Q: Do you have ready stock available?

A: As long as our website does not show that the item is "Sold Out," 99% of the time it means the item is available. The 1% of the time when that's untrue is when multiple customers try to buy the last piece simultaneously.

USAGE

Q: Can your electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters be used outdoors?

A: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters generally perform well on hard, relatively level surfaces such as indoors, concrete pavements and asphalt roads. They do not do well on soft, uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, or sand.

Q: Are your motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters rain-proof and waterproof?

A: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not waterproof.
Never expose them to heavy rain or wash them by pouring or spraying water over them, as it could cause irreparable damage and void your warranty. Light drizzle for a short period of time is acceptable, but not for long periods.

Q: Can your power wheelchairs and mobility scooters climb slopes?

A: Our products are designed to climb safely at the gradient specified in their specifications, which is typically 6 degrees. Any steeper than this is unsafe for the user, and we do not encourage it.
