Q1: Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from our headquarters in Singapore.

Q2: How much is shipping?

For a shipping estimate, please submit an enquiry through our Contact Form. Include these details in your enquiry:

a) Full shipping address including postal code.
b) Name of the product that you are interested in.

Q3: How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes about 7 - 14 days, subject to customs clearance. To minimize customs delays, Know Your Customer (KYC) documents need to be provided. We cannot ship the product until your KYC documents and Authorization Letter (POA) are provided. Listed below are the documents required.

For Individuals: Consignee's KYC Documents such as: Passport, Voter ID, Driver's License, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Authorization Letter (POA).

For Companies: Company's Import and Export Certificate (IEC), KYC and POA.

Q4: Are there any import duties/taxes, and if yes, how much?

Our rates do not include India import duties/taxes and we are unable to provide estimates as to how much they will be. DHL will obtain the duty/tax amount from the Indian customs department, collect it from you before delivery and pay it on your behalf.

If you need an estimate of duty/tax before ordering, please check with your local tax authority.

Q5: Do you have ready stock available?

As long as our website does not show that the item is "Sold Out," 99% of the time it means the item is available. The 1% of the time when that's untrue is when multiple customers try to buy the last piece simultaneously.

USAGE

Q6: Can your electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters be used outdoors?

Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters generally perform well on hard, relatively level surfaces such as indoors, concrete pavements and asphalt roads. They do not do well on soft, uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, or sand.


Q7: Are your motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters rain-proof and waterproof?

Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not waterproof. Never expose them to heavy rain or wash them by pouring or spraying water over them, as it could cause irreparable damage and void your warranty. Light drizzle for a short period of time is acceptable, but not for long periods.

Q8: Can your power wheelchairs and mobility scooters climb slopes?

Our products are designed to climb safely at the gradient specified in their specifications, which is typically 6 degrees. Any steeper than this is unsafe for the user, and we do not encourage it.
