How to choose a mobility scooter

Weight and storage. If you will lift the scooter into a car often, choose the lightest model you are comfortable with. All four of our scooters fold for storage at home or in a car boot.

Range. For short trips to the market or temple, 15 km is plenty. For longer days out, choose the F2 with the 20AH battery or add a second battery to the T550.

Scooter or wheelchair? Scooters suit people who can walk short distances and sit upright. If the user needs to move around indoors or has limited upper-body strength, an electric wheelchair may be better. Read mobility scooters vs electric wheelchairs in India and which is better for your parent.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Our products are shipped from our headquarters in Singapore and usually arrive within 7–14 working days, subject to customs clearance. Shipping costs and taxes are shown at checkout, and KYC documents are needed before we ship; see our FAQ.

Can I try a scooter before buying?

We do not offer test drives in India at the moment. Send us your questions through our contact form and we will help you choose.

Can mobility scooters be used in the rain or on rough roads?

They work best on hard, relatively level surfaces such as pavements and asphalt roads, and can manage small kerbs and road humps. They are not waterproof, so avoid heavy rain and soft ground such as grass, gravel or sand.
